Aleksandr Mavrin
First time I tried skiing when I was 4. At that time I was sharpening my carving skills on the steep slopes of the Oka river. I arrived to the big mountains in 2005 and by chance instantly became entangled in the heli-ski industry.
Since 2013 I work for the avalanche department (Rosa Khutor) and parallel to that I organize various programs where I teach off-piste riding, freeride, skitour, heli-skiing in different regions of Russia and abroad. In 2015 I passed the skiing guide exam set by the Russian Mountain Guide Association and obtained a skiing guide certificate.
